OFF COURSE LLC Refund Policy
Off Course LLC is responsible for all refunds/cancellations. Refunds will be given in full if requested at least 2 weeks before the scheduled event. If not either a partial refund or no refund will be given. If the session is cancelled by Off Course LLC a refund will be given in full.
OFF COURSE LLC RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK
In consideration of the services of OFFCOURSEDISCGOLF.COM (herein referred to as Off Course LLC), their agents, owners, officers, volunteers, participants, employees, and all other persons or entities acting in any capacity on their behalf, I hereby agree to release and discharge Off Course LLC, as well as Matthew Provencher on behalf of myself, my children, my parents, my heirs, assigns, personal representative and estate as follows:
I acknowledge that the activities involved in the participation in any of Off Course LLC services or promoted third party events, at any given location, entail significant risks, both known and unknown, which could result in physical or emotional injury, paralysis, death, or damage to myself, to property, or to third parties. Such risks include, but are not limited to, damages for negligence, personal injury and/or loss, theft, identity theft, or destruction of personal property.
OFF COURSE LLC EVENT PARTICIPANT COVID-19 WAIVER
Further, I understand and acknowledge that there currently exists a global pandemic associated with the disease COVID-19, that I am participating in this event at my own risk, that any safety precautions designed to protect against the spread of COVID-19 undertaken by the Releasees does not guarantee I will not contract COVID-19, and that, the foregoing notwithstanding, it is my specific intent to affirm my foregoing release of the Releasees with respect to any personal injury, loss, damage to property, or death I may experience from COVID-19 in connection with my participation in this event.
